How long does shipping to the USA take?

We offer express shipping via DHL and FedEx. Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for US customers?

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that sale items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned.

How do I find my correct size?

Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since we use Australian sizing, we provide a conversion chart to US and International sizes to ensure you find the perfect fit for your body type.

Will I have to pay international customs duties?

For customers in the USA, orders under $800 USD typically do not incur customs duties. However, any taxes or import fees applied by your local government are the responsibility of the customer.
